The Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce announced the recipients of the 2015 Change Agent Award, presented to Eric Williams, left, and Andre Fields, right, co-founders of Alpha Beta Omega, a leadership program at Grand Rapids Community College that provides at-risk urban students —in particular, African-American males who had the lowest academic success rate of any group at the college — with a positive social network of students so they can become successful academic achievers.
