Call center growth

NOVO 1 is looking to hire 75 customer service representatives for its Holland contact center.

NOVO 1 is a Fort Worth, Texas-based customer experience company with contact centers in Highland Park and Holland.

The company has grown 30 percent annually over the past three years.

NOVO 1 Holland employs 430 people and has hired more 100 full-time employees over the past two months, according to a NOVO announcement.

"Excellent" communication skills

NOVO 1 is looking for people who are friendly, energetic and engaging over the phone to handle inbound customer service calls, said Michelle Levy, site director for NOVO 1’s Holland contact center.

“Full-time seasonal and permanent positions are available for licensed and non-licensed health insurance advisor positions and general customer service representatives,” Levy said. “The key job qualifications are excellent critical thinking and communication skills, including verbal, computer and written. Professional appearance, dependability and flexibility are required.”
