The Stow Company names VP of finance
A maker of custom home storage and organizational products has promoted a long-time employee to vice president of finance.
The Stow Company in Holland said last week that it has named Wendy Morrow, its former corporate controller, to the role.
Morrow will be responsible for the company’s finance and accounting activities: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, risk management and compliance, as well as compensation and benefits.
In her new position, she will also serve as a member of the company's senior management team.
She will continue to report to Frank Newman, president and CEO of The Stow Company.
"Wendy’s leadership of our finance team has been integral to our company’s sustained growth and success,” Newman said. “We congratulate Wendy on this well-deserved promotion.”
The Stow Company, founded in 1984, operates manufacturing facilities in Holland and Indianapolis.
Morrow joined The Stow Company in 1999 as accounting manager and was promoted to controller in 2000.
Previously, she worked at Nicholas Plastics as accounting supervisor.
Morrow is a certified management accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
She earned an M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Davenport University.
