Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely has been in the commercial real estate business for 20 years.
She specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties for NAI Wisinski of West Michigan.
She also holds SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations, which are the highest designations in the industry.
Biggest career break?
Working for my father, Stanley Wisinski.
Working with the Catholic Diocese to sell the property on Burton Street and move their office and develop what is now Cathedral Square.
Best advice you’ve ever received?
No deal is too small! The small ones may lead to lifelong relationships, more transactions and larger transactions.
How did you make your first dollar?
Working at my cousin’s pro shop selling golf apparel and equipment. In the commercial real estate industry, it was selling an office building in Comstock Park.
Last book you’ve read?
A really good romance novel!
Last thing you Googled?
While on spring break, I searched for restaurants.
Your worst habit?
Because I love what I do, I tend to work too much!
To unwind, I like to . . . ?
Play golf, go out to really good restaurants, scrapbook and spend time with my family.
Bora Bora or southern France/northern Italy.
There are too many! I love almost any kind of seafood, and I definitely have a sweet tooth.
Person you most admire?
My father . . . He has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 50 years and has taught me so much about how to be great in this industry.
