Construction industry produces trade show
The region’s construction industry is coming together for a trade show this month.
The 2015 West Michigan Design and Construction Expo will be in Hudsonville on Oct. 29 from 12:30-6 p.m. at The Pinnacle Center.
The expo is intended for architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
More than 70 exhibitors will be showing off the latest technology and innovation in the construction industry.
Exhibitors range from Ferris State University to Gentex Corp. to Virginia Tile.
A collection of seminars will also be held from 1-5 p.m.
At 5 p.m., the West Michigan EXPI Award will be presented for sustainable construction and innovation. A networking hour will be held following the presentation.
The expo is free to the public.
