A Lansing-based technology firm specializing in embedded systems for multiple industries is relocating on East Beltline.

Lectronix is moving into a 1,482-square-foot space on the third floor of the three-story Bank of America building in Grand Rapids, near Woodland Mall, at 2627 E. Beltline Ave. SE.

Lectronix signed a five-year lease for the space, which will serve as its engineering design center.

The firm’s Grand Rapids office was previously farther north at 2025 E. Beltline Ave. SE.

Bank of America is the anchor tenant of the building.

There are several other tenants on both the second and third floors of the building, according to Jason Makowski, from NAI Wisinski of West Michigan, who represented the lessor in the deal, along with Mary Anne Wisinski Rosely.

The building has a 1,000-square-foot space on the second floor available, Makowski said.

Lectronix was represented by Patrick Mohney of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate in the lease deal.
