ArtPrize is opening seven new neighborhood hubs across town for this fall’s competition.

Similar to its central hub downtown, at 41 Sheldon Blvd. SE, the Neighborhood HUBs will serve as welcome and information centers, voter registration locations and offer venue guides and maps during ArtPrize Eight, from Sept. 21 through Oct. 9.

The hubs will serve as guideposts for visitors looking for real-time information on venues and events specific to each hub’s neighborhood.

ArtPrize retail items will also be available at the hubs, including a 19-day Metro Pass and select items from the ArtPrize Eight commemorative apparel collection.

Visitors are encouraged to visit all eight hubs and collect stamps for the ArtPrize Eight Passport program and contest. Visitors who collect stamps from any five of the eight hubs will be entered to win prizes from ArtPrize and Founders Brewing Co.

Those who collect stamps from all eight hubs and the ArtPrize Medallion sticker — which is available only at the Founders Brewing Co. tent at the ArtPrize Awards public viewing party at Rosa Parks Circle — will be entered to win a grand prize package from ArtPrize and Founders Brewing Co.
