A West Michigan brewery is expanding its reach into the southwest.

Bell’s Brewery announced it will enter New Mexico this fall with its entire year-round and seasonal beer lineup.

New Mexico marks the 32nd state Bell’s will distribute to and the ninth the brewery has added since last year.

Bell’s is still searching for a distributor partner in the state, according to a press release.

The brewery is finishing up the launch of its beers into Texas, including a special release for the state, Am I Right or Amarillo. Bell’s also soon will accept applications for a sales position based in New Mexico.

“Texas is a large market for us and adding a nearby state made the most sense for us,” Bell’s CEO Laura Bell said. “We always want to make sure that we have enough beer for all of our existing customers before we add a new territory.”
