Change Ups: TowerPinkster hires senior architectural designer
Tony Reiner joined TowerPinkster as a senior architectural designer. Imported from Detroit with over 15 years of design expertise, Reiner has worked on stadiums and arenas across the country, including the Daytona International Speedway, Boston TD Garden and the training center for the Los Angeles Lakers. Reiner will work directly with clients to understand their goals and offer a variety of design solutions, including the creation of sketched and rendered concepts in the early stages of design.

Vice president Lynn “Chick” McNamara Blue announced her retirement at the end of the year at Grand Valley State University. Blue was initially hired as a typist in 1968. She will break the record for the longest-serving employee when she passes the 50-year mark in September.

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing Inc. expanded its capabilities with a new, state-of-the-art Colanar syringe filler, which will utilize the existing single-use systems already in place at GRAM and will support both small molecule APIs and biologics projects. The purchase is one of many capital investments being made by GRAM to foster client growth and enhance its capabilities. The purchase of the syringe filler comes months after a partnership deal was reached between GRAM and Arlington Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Washington, D.C.
