Downtown Market hires leasing agent
A new real estate firm will handle Downtown Market’s office leasing.
Grand Rapids Downtown Market has partnered with JLL for its office leasing. The firm will manage over 14,000 square feet of Class A office space within the market.
JLL Senior Vice President Jeff Karger and Associate Andrew Greiner will oversee leasing activities.
“This is one of the most unique office settings anywhere in West Michigan, right at the heart of one of the coolest spots in the city,” Karger said. “We think tenants will be drawn to this Class A space with ample nearby parking that also gives them all the excitement the Downtown Market has to offer.”
The commercial spaces at Downtown Market cover almost 10,000 square feet on the third floor and 4,000 square feet on the first floor. The building also features space for meetings and team-building exercises.
“The Downtown Market is in a rapidly growing area of downtown and is a perfect spot to start or grow a business, as we’ve been doing for the past five years with the food businesses we house and incubate,” said Mimi Fritz, president and CEO of Downtown Market.
Downtown Market will continue to manage all restaurants and food vendors in the main hall. NAI Wiskinski of West Michigan previously handled office leasing.
