Office tech dealer acquires company
A local dealer of office technology products has acquired a Lansing competitor.
Grand Rapids-based Applied Imaging said today it acquired Hasselbring-Clark.
The two companies will operate under the Applied Imaging brand and management.
“Hasselbring-Clark has always been a terrific competitor, and we’re very pleased to bring a great group of employees into the Applied Imaging family,” said John Lowery, president, Applied Imaging. “Lansing is an important market to us, due to it being our state capital and the home of Michigan State University. This acquisition reinforces our commitment to Ingham and the surrounding counties.”
With this transaction, Applied Imaging is now authorized to sell and service Toshiba printers, copiers and multi-function products.
Applied Imaging will retain most of Hasselbring-Clark’s employees.
The Hasselbring-Clark facility at 5858 S. Aurelius Rd. SE will become Applied Imaging’s Lansing office.
Applied Imaging also has offices in Kalamazoo, Muskegon, Traverse City, Alpena, Novi, Ann Arbor, Clio, Troy and Toledo, Ohio.
The company sells and services products from Ricoh, Canon, Kyocera, Océ, Samsung, OnBase, Microsoft and more.
