An organic juice bar franchise has opened its second West Michigan location along a major retail corridor in town.

Clean Juice opened a location at 2044 E. Beltline Ave. NE in Grand Rapids over the weekend, according to Colliers International West Michigan today.

The 1,350-square-foot juice bar joins retailers such as Orangetheory Fitness and The Woodhouse Day Spa at The Village at Knapp’s Crossing.

Clean Juice offers a variety of cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, oatmeal bowls and avocado toast.

The chain opened its first West Michigan location in East Grand Rapids last July, according to a previous Business Journal report.

“We have had a successful start with our East Grand Rapids location and are thrilled to open our next location at Knapp’s Crossing,” said Dan Farrell, franchisee, Clean Juice.

“We were drawn to Knapp’s Crossing because of the variety of health-focused retailers in the area, and Colliers was instrumental in helping us find this location.”

Mike Murray of Colliers represented Clean Juice. Sally Barley of Bloomfield Hills-based Lormax Stern represented the landlord.

“Knapp’s Crossing has become a destination for health and wellness, making it an excellent location for Clean Juice,” Murray said.

Grand Rapids-based Visser Brothers completed the space’s build out.

There are over 100 Clean Juice locations in the U.S.
