Law firm hires attorney
The local office of a Michigan law firm has a new attorney.
Detroit-based Bodman hired Lindsay Cummings as a senior associate attorney in its Grand Rapids office, according to the firm this winter.
Cummings is a member of Bodman’s high net worth practice.
She has represented clients in estate planning and estate administration matters, including trusts, wills, power of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships and trust and probate administration.
Most recently, Cummings founded a law firm in Grand Rapids, where she focused on estate planning, real estate and general business law matters.
Previously, she worked at several Grand Rapids-based law firms.
Cummings teaches estate planning at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School as an adjunct professor.
She is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and American Bar Association.
She holds a B.A. from Albion College and a J.D. from Michigan State University.
