A financial firm in the region has a new sales leader.

Holland-based DeLong & Brower hired Lynn Mulder as director of sales and business development, according to the firm last week.

“Lynn has an energy and enthusiasm level that is contagious,” said Joe Johnson, partner, DeLong & Brower. “We are excited to have her as part of our team.”

Mulder said it is “an honor to be part of this team and utilize my passion for extraordinary customer care.”

Mulder’s primary focus will be “integrating all aspects of the firm’s financial center,” which will include ensuring the firm offers a one-stop shop for each client’s financial needs, including investments, insurance, retirement and accounting.

Most recently, Mulder was an account executive for Padnos in Holland, where she worked on client relationships.

She also spent 13 years at Lighthouse Group, providing inside and regional sales support, training and account management.

It offers retirement and insurance plan consulting for businesses and financial planning for individuals and families, along with accounting and tax services.

The firm had 25 employees and $1.7 million in billings in 2017.
