Safety firm acquires website
A safety compliance firm is expanding its capabilities with the acquisition of a website.
Kalamazoo-based Compliance One Group acquired keyeslifesafety.com, according to the firm last week.
The site by Brad Keyes provides resources on life safety compliance.
“We’re especially excited to expand our online offerings and information on the Life Safety Code,” said Jim Feltch, C.H.C., president and CEO, Compliance One Group.
“Where Brad was limited in time and resources, he can now utilize Compliance One Group’s team of experts to provide deeper levels of support unseen in the health care industry,”
Keyes is an industry expert in Life Safety Code, a former advisor to the Healthcare Facility Accreditation Program and a former Joint Commission Life Safety surveyor. He has 40 years of expertise in organizational assessments, management training, task groups coaching and one-on-one coaching for facility leaders in the health care industry.
The addition of keyeslifesafety.com is expected to elevate Compliance One Group’s service offerings through an educational experience, implementing interactive in-person training as an extension of its online content and bringing in other industry experts to the platform to further assist the health care community.
Keyes’ clients have included insurance underwriter groups, hospitals, ambulatory care centers, physician practice groups and large integrated systems both nationally and internationally. Other services provided by Keyes include life safety assessments, environment of care assessments and coordinating plans for emergency management exercises and drills.
Compliance One Group is a life safety compliance firm servicing the health care, education and corporate sectors by providing facilities life safety assessments and identifying deficiencies or areas of non-compliance with standards, codes and laws.
