Restaurant and tasting room filling 160 positions
A wine and restaurant company is looking to hire 160 people for its first West Michigan location.
Chicago-based Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants will host job fairs for all positions except management from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 4, 5, 18 and 19 at its soon-to-open location in Kentwood, at 4515 28th St. SE.
The restaurant is scheduled to open in July.
Available full- and part-time positions include kitchen staff, tasting room attendants, servers, hosts and bartenders.
“We are searching for team members with a passion for wine, food and first-class hospitality,” said Tim McEnery, founder and CEO, Cooper’s Hawk.
Interested candidates who are unable to attend the job fairs can apply online or by texting “CHKW” to 77948.
The new Kentwood location will be led by Jason Tholen, general manager, Kirk Wright, office manager, and Morgan Breault, executive kitchen manager.
Cooper’s Hawk offers “modern, casual dining” and “handcrafted wines” at 36 locations throughout the Midwest and Florida.
