Dermatology practice makes acquisition
A dermatology practice in the region has acquired a similar practice in town.
West Michigan Dermatology acquired The Dermatology Center of Grand Rapids, at 750 E. Beltline Ave. NE, according to West Michigan Dermatology yesterday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
West Michigan Dermatology, which has other offices in Grandville and Holland, said the acquisition will better serve patients who drive long distances to its other offices.
It will also give it greater impact in the West Michigan market, with more than 10 providers in the region.
With the acquisition, Dr. Bridget Green is joining as one of four company partners.
The other partners are Dr. Gina Ang, Dr. J. Gabriel Vasquez and Dr. Douglas Winstanley.
