The board of a hospital in the region voted to remove its CEO.

The Sheridan Community Hospital board this month announced the separation of its CEO, Randall Flechsig, according to its website.

The board has appointed Bobbi McColley, compliance officer and director of clinical support, as the hospital’s interim CEO.

In the role, she will work with the hospital’s management team to “facilitate an orderly leadership transition while overseeing the organization’s ongoing transformation,” the hospital said.

“With recent changes, we have a leadership team in place that is capable of accelerating our growth, and I look forward to working closely with them to help execute the next phase of Sheridan Community Hospital,” McColley said.

The hospital could not be reached at press time for additional comment.
