Homebuilders kick off Fall Parade of Homes

West Michigan homebuilders are showing off their trade this fall.

The 2019 Fall Parade of Homes by the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids starts today.

The tour will highlight houses in communities across the region: Ada, Allendale, Byron Center, Caledonia, East Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids, Grandville, Hudsonville, Jamestown, Jenison, Lowell, Rockford, Saugatuck, Spring Lake, West Olive, Wyoming and Zeeland Township.

Homes for sale range between $200,000 and $400,000.

There will also be virtual tours courtesy of JDH Custom Homes. A number of homebuilders are participating in the event: 56 West Homes and Design; Ashby Custom Homes; Bruce Heys Builders; CopperRock Construction; DVS Construction; Eagle Creek Homes; Engelsma Homes; JTB Homes; Kenowa Builders; Lakewood Homes; and more.

The HBA Fall Parade of Homes runs from Sept. 27 through Oct. 12 on Fridays and Saturdays from 1-8 p.m. and Wednesdays from 5-8 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased at Lake Michigan Credit Union branches, the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids, online or at most of the homes on tour.
