Engineering firm moves into market
A Michigan engineering firm has opened its first West Michigan office.
Flint-based Rowe Professional Services Company opened an office in Kentwood, at 4345 44th Street SE, according to the firm last month.
Rowe President and CEO Leanne Panduren said the Kentwood office will allow the firm easy access to both existing and potential clients.
“This new location also provides opportunities for dedicated staff to remain in or move to this vibrant and growing region,” Panduren said.
Senior Project Manager Kendall Beck will serve as manager of Rowe’s Kentwood office.
The location will also be staffed with five new hires, and Rowe plans to expand and add more staff.
The 3,500-square-foot office is being leased from Development Realty Limited Partnership.
Rowe, founded in 1962, employs more that 170 specialists in civil engineering, surveying, aerial photography and mapping, landscape architecture and planning.
Rowe also has offices in Mount Pleasant, Grayling, Lapeer, Farmington Hills and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
