Grand Rapids ranks among the bottom half of the “best” cities nationally for seniors.

Grand Rapids comes in at No. 171 out of 302 cities in the 2019 “Senior Living Report” by Caring.com.

Caring.com ranked each city according to 70 key indicators for older adults, such as overall health, happiness and quality of life. Those indicators were used to rank each city in six categories.
