Motorsports dealer takes over in-house restaurant
A motorsports dealer has assumed ownership of a restaurant at its dealership in the region.
Zeigler Motorsports, which is part of Zeigler Automotive Group, is re-naming its in-house restaurant in Comstock Township, at 5003 Circle Park Dr., Trak-Houz Bar & Grill and celebrating with a week-long grand opening this week.
Formerly known as Sprinkle Road Tap House and managed by Millennium Restaurant Group, the 4,500-square-foot restaurant is now owned by Zeigler and will celebrate the switch by debuting a new motorsports-themed menu and hosting several local breweries during the week-long event.
Local breweries it is hosting include Tapistry Brewing, Founders and Saugatuck Brewing.
"This is an exciting time for us," said Aaron Zeigler, president and owner, Zeigler Automotive Group. "This new restaurant will allow us to better serve our guests who visit us from all around the world — and come back time and time again — for the one-of-a-kind experience that only Zeigler Motorsports can offer.”
The restaurant features seating for 130 people across two areas that are "accented" by nearly a dozen 45-inch to 70-inch flat-screen TVs, as well as availability for special events, such as birthdays, luncheons, team outings and rehearsal dinners.
Trak-Houz will be open for lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Zeigler Motorsports carries a “large volume” of products from a variety of brands, such as Polaris, Kawasaki, Honda and more.
Zeigler Automotive Group has 71 franchises and 23 locations in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and New York.
