Family auctioning 200-acre farm

Over 200 acres of farmland in the area will soon be up for auction.

L&L Bull Farms in Casnovia Township, off 16530 Hall, is selling the land.

The farm in the Fruit Ridge was known for its strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, plums, peaches, apples and a large variety of vegetables.

The family-owned farm has hired Miedema Auctioneering to conduct a live auction of the land.

The live real estate auction will take place on Dec. 19 at 6 p.m. at the English Hill Banquet Facility in Grand Rapids, at 1200 4 Mile Rd. NW.

The land will be sold in eight individual parcels and can be purchased individually, in any combination or in its entirety. The parcels range from 1 to 73.8 acres. The land will sell with no minimums and no reserves.

L&L Bull Farms will also sell its full lineup of equipment through an online auction on Orbitbid.com on Dec. 18.

The online auction will feature various Items: tractors, sprayers, trailers, skid steers, trucks, field implements, forklifts, apple boxes and more.
