Warner re-elects managing partner
A familiar face is returning to his leadership position.
Douglas Dozeman was re-elected to serve his third two-year term as managing partner of Warner Norcross + Judd LLP.
He will chair the firm’s Management Committee and guide its strategic direction and growth.
The Zeeland native has more than 30 years of legal experience. He focuses on business litigation and represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters.
During his tenure as managing partner, he orchestrated the move of the firm’s headquarters to a new $72 million mixed-use development in downtown Grand Rapids.
Currently, he is overseeing the work of new offices in downtown Kalamazoo, which will be completed this year, and a new office in District Detroit, which will be completed in 2021.
Dozeman also was elected a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association. He serves as a board member for The Right Place and the Hope Housing Commission.
He received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and his undergraduate degree from Calvin College.
