Data company comes to Downtown Market
A national B2B data company is relocating its Grand Rapids team.
ZoomInfo is establishing a Midwest regional office into the Grand Rapids Downtown Market.
Grand Rapids is among the fastest-growing cities in the U.S., and the Downtown Market is a prime location in a burgeoning urban center,” said Henry Schuck, founder and CEO of ZoomInfo. “As we continue to grow across the company and expand our operations in Grand Rapids, we’re excited to put down roots in a building and district that is similarly committed to innovation and community.”
Located on the third floor of Downtown Market, the new office will further expand ZoomInfo’s presence in key regions across the United States.
Construction began in late 2019, and the office is tentatively scheduled to open this month.
Local ZoomInfo employees previously were either working remotely or from Grand Rapids Collaborative at 38 W. Fulton St. The company expects to have approximately 100 employees from its sales and account management teams located in a nearly 10,000-square-foot office suite.
“The third-floor space has tons of untapped potential and is being completely repurposed to fit ZoomInfo’s needs,” said Mimi Fritz, Downtown Market president and CEO. “We’re thrilled to add another innovative, growing business to our roster of tenants.”
ZoomInfo is a business intelligence company headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, and has offices in eight cities. The company provides data for sales, marketing and recruiting purposes.
