Shelby Reno is owner of CKO Kickboxing Grand Rapids, one of the nation’s fastest-growing fitness franchises and the first studio in the Midwest. Reno brings with her a combination of fitness instruction, academic degrees, community leadership and corporate management to her new venture. She has been a group fitness instructor since 1997 and holds fitness certifications from CKO Kickboxing, Spinning/Mad Dogg Athletics, Cooper Institute, Tabata Bootcamp, MOSSA Group Ride and Group Core.
