Jen Schottke is passionate about inspiring young people to choose careers in construction. An advocate for the professional trades, Schottke dedicates her time as the VP of workforce development at the Associated Builders and Contractors Western Michigan Chapter to develop craft and leadership training programs. She is a trustee on the Grand Rapids Public Schools, or GRPS, Board of Education and an advisory council member for the GRPS Academy for Design and Construction.
