Average or great?
Not every entrepreneur starts out knowing exactly how they are going to monetize the innovation they would like to share with the world.
Here is a simple, rough draft of how I believe some entrepreneurs' journeys work:
An average entrepreneur can get their idea off the ground.
A decent entrepreneur will realize their current trajectory is not sustainable.
A great entrepreneur can take all of the lessons learned, innovate the new way the model becomes sustainable and make this volatile and humbling transition. You see, the greatness is all in the transition.
If you find yourself in a "Dip" — but you also find yourself innovating a new path — you officially have a good problem, but a problem nonetheless.
