Superheroes drop in on young patients
Superman might have come knocking at your door last night, pillowcase in hand, but first he had to finish his day job. In this economy, even superheroes have to work for a living.
That’s why many of them could be seen hanging around — literally — Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital during the lunch hour yesterday, much to the delight of the hospital’s young patients.
Employees of Modern Window Cleaning, all gussied up in their superhero finest, dropped in on patients yesterday as part of their day jobs, many of them hanging from ropes outside of various patient playrooms. After waving and interacting with the patients through the window, the superheroes joined the kids for a Halloween party.
