An internationally known photographer will highlight a retailer’s Ladies' Night Out event this weekend.

Photographer, former model and Art Van "style maker" Nigel Barker will be a guest at Art Van’s Ladies’ Night Out event this Sunday at its Grand Rapids store, from 6-9 p.m., at 4375 28th Street SE.

The women-only event is free and open to those ages 21 year and older.

The night will benefit Well House in Grand Rapids, a nonprofit providing affordable housing to the homeless.

Women at the event are encouraged to bring personal care items to donate to the organization.

The night

The event will feature a range of options for attendees: Etsy Avenue, which will feature items from local artisans; complimentary hair styling, makeovers and massages; a live DJ and Zumba dancing; complimentary food, wine and “goodies”; and prizes will be given out throughout the night.
