You don’t have time for this workshop. The pace of work, the complexity of work, and the myriad of distractions we face are creeping into our lives in small and big ways. But we can reclaim our attention and focus. We can be responsive rather than reactive. We can reduce our stress and anxiety and experience more well-being. We can do all of this without becoming less effective. With mindfulness we can flip this script, get our life back while creating a competitive advantage in work and life making us both happier and more effective.
